KOSGEB, K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ve Orta B\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckteki \u0130\u015fletmelerin (KOB\u0130) istihdam\u0131n\u0131 korumalar\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla \u0130stihdam\u0131 Koruma Destek Program\u0131\u2019n\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7iriyor. Yeni destek program\u0131yla; tekstil, mobilya, deri ve giyim gibi kritik sekt\u00f6rlerde faaliyet g\u00f6steren i\u015fletmelerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan her personel i\u00e7in 30 prim g\u00fcn ba\u015f\u0131na 2.500 TL geri \u00f6demesiz destek sa\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n

Bu programla, s\u00f6z konusu sekt\u00f6rlerde faaliyet g\u00f6steren KOB\u0130\u2019lerin istihdam\u0131n\u0131 korumas\u0131, sekt\u00f6rdeki i\u015f s\u00fcreklili\u011finin desteklenmesi ve ekonomik canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fini sa\u011flamak ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

K\u00fcresel ekonomik dalgalanmalar ve sekt\u00f6rel belirsizlikler, KOB\u0130’lerin s\u00fcreklili\u011fini ve istihdam seviyelerini olumsuz etkileyebilmektedir. Bu destek, i\u015fletmelerin mali y\u00fcklerini hafifletirken, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n i\u015flerini korumalar\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacak ve istihdam\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirecektir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda, sanayi ve imalat sekt\u00f6rlerinde i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc kayb\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011flayarak ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye destek olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

KOSGEB, emek yo\u011fun sekt\u00f6rlerdeki KOB\u0130\u2019lerin istihdam\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla yeni bir destek program\u0131n\u0131 daha uygulamaya ald\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Program, emek yo\u011fun imalat sanayi sekt\u00f6rleri olan; giyim e\u015fyalar\u0131n\u0131n imalat\u0131, tekstil \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin imalat\u0131, deri ve ilgili \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin imalat\u0131 ve mobilya imalat\u0131nda istihdam\u0131 korumak \u00fczere y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe al\u0131nd\u0131. Bu sekt\u00f6rlerde faaliyet g\u00f6steren i\u015fletmelere 2024 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n son \u00fc\u00e7 ay\u0131na ait ayl\u0131k ortalama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan SGK prim g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda korumas\u0131 durumunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u015f\u0131na ayl\u0131k 2.500 TL geri \u00f6demesiz olarak performans deste\u011fi sa\u011flanacak. Program s\u00fcresi 12 ay olup 249 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 olan bir i\u015fletme i\u00e7in deste\u011fin \u00fcst limiti 7,47 Milyon TL olacak.<\/p>\n

\nMADDE 5 \u2013 (1) Destek program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda, 2024 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n son \u00fc\u00e7 ay\u0131na ait ortalama prim g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda korumu\u015f olan i\u015fletmelere geri \u00f6demesiz olarak performans deste\u011fi sa\u011flan\u0131r.
\nProgram\u0131n s\u00fcresi
\nMADDE 6 – (1) Destek program\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcresi 12 ayd\u0131r.
\n(2) Program\u0131n ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 tarihi ba\u015fvurunun uygulama birimi taraf\u0131ndan onayland\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihtir.
\nProgramdan yararlanma ko\u015fulu
\nMADDE 7 – (1) Programdan yararlan\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in i\u015fletmenin; sistemde kay\u0131tl\u0131, aktif durumda ve \u0130\u015fletme Beyan\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcncel olmas\u0131 gerekir. Sisteme kay\u0131t, KOSGEB Veri Taban\u0131na Kay\u0131t S\u00fcrecine \u0130li\u015fkin Usul ve Esaslar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir.
\n(2) Programdan yararlan\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in i\u015fletmenin, T\u00fcrk Ticaret Kanununda tan\u0131ml\u0131 ger\u00e7ek veya t\u00fczel ki\u015fi stat\u00fcs\u00fcnde olmas\u0131 gerekir.
\n(3) Programdan, KOSGEB taraf\u0131ndan desteklenen sekt\u00f6rlerde faaliyet g\u00f6steren, merkez veya \u015fube ana faaliyet NACE Kodu; K\u0131s\u0131m C \u2013 \u0130malat ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda;
\n13- Tekstil \u00dcr\u00fcnlerinin \u0130malat\u0131,
\n14- Giyim E\u015fyalar\u0131n\u0131n \u0130malat\u0131,
\n15- Deri ve \u0130lgili \u00dcr\u00fcnlerin \u0130malat\u0131,
\n31- Mobilya \u0130malat\u0131
\nolan i\u015fletmeler yararlanabilir.
\n(4) \u0130\u015fletmenin sekt\u00f6r\u00fc belirlenirken, 31 Aral\u0131k 2024 tarihi itibariyle idari kay\u0131tlarda yer alan ana faaliyet kodu esas al\u0131n\u0131r.
\n(5) \u0130\u015fletmeler, destek program\u0131ndan bir defa yararlanabilir.
\nDestek t\u00fcr\u00fc ve \u00fcst limiti
\nMADDE 8 – (1) Program kapsam\u0131nda istihdam\u0131n\u0131 koruyan i\u015fletmelere, geri \u00f6demesiz olarak performans deste\u011fi verilir.
\n(2) Program kapsam\u0131nda ayl\u0131k, 30 prim g\u00fcn i\u00e7in 2.500 TL destek sa\u011flan\u0131r. Toplam destek \u00fcst limiti 249 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00fczerinden 360 prim g\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak 7.470.000 TL\u2019dir.<\/p>\n

\u0130stihdam\u0131n Korunmas\u0131
\nMADDE 9 – (1) 2024 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n son \u00fc\u00e7 ay\u0131na ait ortalama prim g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 1 Ocak 2025 \u2013 31 Aral\u0131k 2025 tarihleri aras\u0131nda \u00f6deme talep edilen ayda veya aylar\u0131n ortalamas\u0131nda korumu\u015f olan i\u015fletmeler destek program\u0131ndan yararlanabilir.
\n(2) \u0130\u015fletmenin destek alabilmesi i\u00e7in ilgili \u00f6deme talep formundaki \u00f6deme talep edilen aylara ili\u015fkin prim g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n 2024 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n son \u00fc\u00e7 ay\u0131na ait prim g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 ortalamas\u0131na e\u015fit veya b\u00fcy\u00fck olmas\u0131 gerekir. Daha \u00f6nce \u00f6deme talep edilerek destek al\u0131nan aylara ili\u015fkin prim g\u00fcn say\u0131lar\u0131 sonraki taleplerde ortalamaya dahil edilmez.
\n(3) \u0130\u015fletmenin 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 son \u00fc\u00e7 ay\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde kurulmas\u0131 durumunda, i\u015fletmenin kuruldu\u011fu tarihten itibaren y\u0131l sonuna kadar olan prim g\u00fcn say\u0131lar\u0131 toplam\u0131n\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7e b\u00f6l\u00fcnmesi ile 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 son \u00fc\u00e7 ay\u0131na ait ortalama prim g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 hesaplan\u0131r.
\n(4) Ortalama prim g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131 hesaplan\u0131rken, ortalaman\u0131n k\u00fcsuratl\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 durumunda virg\u00fclden sonras\u0131 dikkate al\u0131nmaz.<\/p>\n

Ba\u015fvuru
\nMADDE 10 \u2013 (1) Program kapsam\u0131nda, Ba\u015fkanl\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan ilan edilen tarihler aras\u0131nda ba\u015fvuru yap\u0131labilir.
\n(2) \u0130\u015fletme, \u0130stihdam\u0131 Koruma Destek Program\u0131 Ba\u015fvuru Formunu sistem \u00fczerinden doldurarak ba\u015fvurusunu onaylar. Son ba\u015fvuru tarihine kadar ba\u015fvurusunu sistem \u00fczerinden onaylamayan i\u015fletmelerin ba\u015fvurular\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmeye al\u0131nmaz.
\n(3) Programdan yararlanma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamayan i\u015fletmelerin ba\u015fvuru yapmas\u0131 sistem taraf\u0131ndan engellenir.
\n(4) \u0130\u015fletmenin destek program\u0131na ba\u015fvuru yapm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 ve\/veya taahh\u00fctnamesinin onaylanm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 KOSGEB\u2019i taahh\u00fct alt\u0131na sokmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi m\u00fcracaat eden a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da kazan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f hak te\u015fkil etmez.
\n(5) Nevi de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi yapm\u0131\u015f olan i\u015fletmelerin ilgili y\u0131la ili\u015fkin nevi de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi \u00f6ncesindeki veri ve bilgileri de dikkate al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p>\n

MADDE 11 \u2013 (1) Ba\u015fvuru, sorumlu personel taraf\u0131ndan Program Ba\u015fvuru De\u011ferlendirme Formu ile 5 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde de\u011ferlendirilir ve ilgili uygulama birimi m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc onay\u0131na g\u00f6nderilir.
\n(2) De\u011ferlendirme sonucunda; ba\u015fvuru kabul edilebilir veya reddedilebilir.
\n(3) De\u011ferlendirme sonucu sistem \u00fczerinden i\u015fletmeye bildirilir.
\n(4) Ba\u015fvurusu reddedilen i\u015fletme yeniden ba\u015fvuru yapamaz.<\/p>\n
