yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r. \u00d6deme d\u00f6nemlerinin herhangi birinde istihdam taahh\u00fcd\u00fcn\u00fc yerine getiremeyen i\u015fletmeye 1 (bir) d\u00f6nem ek s\u00fcre verilir.<\/li>\n<li>\u0130stihdam taahh\u00fcd\u00fcn\u00fc iki d\u00f6nem \u00fcst \u00fcste yerine getiremeyen i\u015fletme programdan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Her bir \u00f6deme d\u00f6neminde istihdam edilen ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na minimum 61 g\u00fcn SGK primi \u00f6denmi\u015f olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu ko\u015ful sa\u011flanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde \u00f6deme yap\u0131lmaz.<\/li>\n<li>Yasal limitler \u00fczerinde vadesi ge\u00e7mi\u015f ve tecil ya da taksitlendirmesi yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f vergi ve SGK borcu olan i\u015fletmeye ilgili d\u00f6nem i\u00e7in destek \u00f6demesi yap\u0131lmaz.
