muhataplar\u0131na g\u00fcler y\u00fczle ve kaliteli hizmet sunmay\u0131 hedeflemi\u015ftir.&nbsp;<br>\u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Sivil Toplumla \u0130li\u015fkiler Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, kurumsal kapasitelerinin geli\u015ftirilmesi, kamu ile olan ili\u015fkilerinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve karar alma mekanizmalar\u0131na aktif kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli ama\u00e7larla derneklerin faaliyetlerini desteklemektedir.<br>10\/12\/2003 tarihli ve 5018 say\u0131l\u0131 Kamu Mal\u00ee Y\u00f6netimi ve Kontrol Kanununun 29 uncu maddesine dayan\u0131larak haz\u0131rlanan ve 03\/07\/2006 tarihli ve 2006\/10656 say\u0131l\u0131 Bakanlar Kurulu Karar\u0131 ile y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe konulan Dernek, Vak\u0131f, Birlik Kurum, Kurulu\u015f, Sand\u0131k ve Benzeri Te\u015fekk\u00fcllere Genel Y\u00f6netim Kapsam\u0131ndaki Kamu \u0130darelerinin B\u00fct\u00e7elerinden Yard\u0131m Yap\u0131lmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin 10 uncu maddesine dayan\u0131larak haz\u0131rlanan, \u201c\u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 B\u00fct\u00e7esinden Derneklere Yard\u0131m Yap\u0131lmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Y\u00f6nerge\u201d \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, dernekler ile derneklerin kurdu\u011fu federasyon ve konfederasyonlara proje yard\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131labilmektedir.&nbsp;<br>Bu kapsamda, proje ba\u015fvurusu, y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi ve sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin i\u015f ve i\u015flemlerin etkin ve verimli bir \u015fekilde takip edilmesi amac\u0131yla k\u0131sa ad\u0131 \u201cPRODES\u201d olan \u201cProje Destek Sistemi\u201d kurumsal yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz merkez ve ta\u015fra te\u015fkilat\u0131 ile dernek ve \u00fcst kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131ma
